Content:
The goal of research development project VIZIPIN is the analysis of needs, definition of demands, development of hardware and software, and implementation of safe communication infrastructure for the needs of information systems of command and control of individual segments of defense system and civil crisis planning. The goal of research will be the development of such communication system, which will ensure communication and control of modern warfare equipment and the rest of the devices on the battle field or other defense infrastructure, which is resistant to electromagnetic interferences and other attempts of enemy or unauthorized personal into the system of command and control.

The main idea is in the construction of communication nodes and their connections, which are resistant to electromagnetic radiation, which could permanently or temporally destroy the communication system and implementation of such protective mechanisms for access and management of the network, which would prevent unauthorized entry into communication-information system, and with it cause destruction, irregular operations or eavesdropping.
